The Site describes the services Cloud Ripples offers, including consulting, software and mobile application development, data analytics, cloud engineering and migration, cybersecurity and managed IT services. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for services comes into existence through the Site.
Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement — a master services agreement, statement of work, or similar document — signed by both parties. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails in respect of the services it covers.
The Site and all material published on it — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout and source code — are owned by Cloud Ripples or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own internal reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
The Cloud Ripples name and logo are trade marks of Cloud Ripples. Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are established.
