The usual blockers are process, not talent. Here is what we change.
Specs drag on for months
A clickable prototype early, before the build starts
Big-bang builds with no feedback
A working demo every week, and a staging link as soon as the core journey runs
Quotes that grow after kickoff
Scope and price fixed before a line of code is written
How it works
Five stages. Regular demos. A launch at the end.
01
Discovery & scoping
We pin down the problem, the users and the must-haves, and cut everything else.
You get
A one-page MVP brief and a fixed-scope, fixed-price quote.
You decide
What is in, and what waits for Phase 2.
02
Design & architecture
Clickable prototype, tech stack, data model and the cloud setup the MVP will run on.
You get
Approved screens and an architecture you own.
You decide
Sign-off on the prototype before build starts.
03
Build sprints
Short sprints with a live demo each time. AI tooling handles scaffolding and tests; engineers review every change.
You get
A working build on a staging URL as soon as the core journey runs.
You decide
Reprioritise within the agreed scope after each demo.
04
Harden & launch
QA, a security baseline, production deployment, analytics, and app-store submission for mobile.
You get
A live product, monitored and ready for real users.
You decide
Go-live date.
05
Handover & next steps
Walkthrough, documentation and a costed plan for what comes next.
You get
Source code, docs and a Phase 2 proposal.
You decide
Stop here, iterate, or scale with us.
The whole journey takes 6–12 weeks, depending on your requirements. We confirm the timeline in the scoping stage, before you commit.
Your team
One team, from architect to launch.
You work with the same small team the whole way — you talk to the people building it, not a ticket queue.
Solution Architect
Your single technical owner and day-to-day contact
Product Designer
Turns the idea into a clickable prototype
Full-stack Engineers
Build the MVP, web and back end
Mobile Engineer
Joins when the scope includes a mobile app
QA Engineer
Tests before every demo
Cloud / DevOps Engineer
Hosting, deployment and monitoring
AI-assisted delivery
AI speeds the work up. People make the calls.
Where AI speeds us up
AI coding assistants for scaffolding screens, APIs and boilerplate
AI-assisted test generation and first-pass code review
AI design and prototyping tools for early UI variants
AI-assisted documentation
Where people decide
Architecture and technology choices
Security and data handling
Product trade-offs and scope
Final review of every change that ships
Whatever the team builds for your project is yours: the client who commissions the project owns the intellectual property in the code, designs and documentation.
Scope
A clear line between MVP and later.
In the MVP
The core user journey, end to end
Web, cross-platform mobile, or both
Sign-in and basic user management
A simple admin view
Cloud hosting and analytics
App-store submission for mobile
Saved for Phase 2
Complex third-party integrations
Multi-region and high-scale infrastructure
Advanced reporting and dashboards
Compliance certifications
What next
After the MVP, you choose.
1
Stop here
You own the code and the documentation. Take it in-house or to anyone you like.
2
Keep building
Continue with the same team in further phases, on commercials and a timeline we agree together.
3
Let us run it
Our cloud and managed-services engineers can host, monitor and support the product after launch.
Between 6 and 12 weeks, depending on your requirements. We confirm the timeline in the scoping stage, before you commit.
How is it priced?
Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before build starts. If you want to add scope later, we quote it as a change rather than letting the price drift.
Do you build mobile apps as well as web?
Yes — web, cross-platform mobile, or both. Submission to the app stores is part of the MVP.
Who owns the code and the idea?
You do. The client who commissions the project owns the intellectual property in everything built for it, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share the idea.
Where is AI used, and is the code reviewed?
AI tooling speeds up scaffolding, testing and documentation. Architecture, security and product decisions are made by the team, and an engineer reviews every change before it ships.
What happens if the MVP works and we want more?
We continue in further phases with the commercials and timeline agreed at that point, or hand everything over so you can continue elsewhere. Either way there is no lock-in.
MVP as a Service
Tell us the idea. We'll reply with a one-page MVP plan.
Share what you want to build and who it is for. A senior engineer will come back with a proposed scope, a timeline and a fixed price — whether or not it becomes a project.
